Kenny Frederick

Kenny has been the Principal of George Green’s School for 17 years. The school is a large inner city secondary school and has a reputation for inclusion. As the Principal, Kenny has been responsible for all aspects of the school of 1200 students and over 200 staff. In her time at the school, Kenny has lead the team through several Ofsted Inspections and been instrumental in a series of significant positive changes over recent years.

As an experienced school leader, Kenny’s key strengths lie in the development of others, including staff, governors and students. Conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring are also key elements of Kenny’s portfolio of skills and experience.

Kenny was also a columnist for the TES for several years and now writes for various journals and publications. She also blogs extensively on education matters. She is in demand as a broadcaster and public speaker on all issues concerned with education and youth matters.
