Richard Pyne is a highly experienced management consultant specialising in the areas of people development, the management of change and HR strategy. He works extensively on projects to assess staff and students and identify development pathways to help individuals make the most of their talents, as well as helping leadership teams think through the people development strategies for their organisations.
A skilled facilitator, Richard works with both commercial and public sector organisations in the UK and also in North America, Europe and the Middle East. His clients include oil, pharma and financial services companies as well as Government departments and Universities. He holds a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, is CIPD qualified and served for many years as a Governor of a secondary school in Richmond.
