The Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) is a leading professional body representing more than 18,000 school, college and system leaders across the UK. Their members work in more than 90 per cent of secondary schools and colleges of all types, and are responsible for the education of more than four million young people. ASCL works to shape national education policy, provide advice and support to members and deliver first class professional development across the sector. Inspired by a vision of high quality education for all young people, ASCL aims to be the first choice professional body for all school, college and system leaders.
Insights is a global people development company with a mission. In the face of an ever-changing world, organisations are constantly facing new business challenges undergoing profound change and being asked to shift direction in order to meet new and tougher expectations than ever before. That’s why we believe that understanding yourself, understanding others, and learning how to work together in a positive way, is not a luxury – it’s a necessity and the gateway to success for your people, your leaders, your teams and your entire organisation.
Schools of Tomorrow
Schools of Tomorrow was launched at the RSA in October 2013 to take forward a shared ambition. As a group of school leaders, they came together with a strong belief that community engagement changes schools for the better, and that schools can help to change communities for the better. Above all, they believe schools and communities working together can radically transform the futures of young people.
