Pauline Stott, MBE, is a double Olympian and former Captain in hockey, bringing over 30 years of experience in both high-performance sport and business.

Pauline’s experience and qualifications
Off the pitch, Pauline’s leadership journey began over 20 years ago when she joined Swinton Insurance, quickly rising to become the youngest Branch Manager in the region. This early experience ignited her passion for leadership and delivering exceptional service to every customer, regardless of their query. Over the course of 15 years, Pauline advanced within the company, culminating in her role as Regional Manager, overseeing 30 branches from Wick to Newcastle.
In addition to her business career, Pauline served as the Director of Sport at a busy school, where she led by example and utilised her organisational skills to maximise the potential of both staff and pupils. This hands-on experience enabled her to offer valuable insights, challenge existing practices, and support departments in their growth and development.
