Hilary is a co-founder of Bright Field Consulting. With 30 years of experience as a teacher and school leader in both the maintained and independent sectors, Hilary transitioned to consultancy, earning qualifications as an executive coach and workplace mediator. Her clientele encompassed education leaders, families, and young people. Co-authoring “The Magic in the Space Between,” she detailed the establishment and evolution of Bright Field’s Global Mentoring Network for Aspiring Leaders.
Although Hilary has retired from client-facing roles, she remains an integral part of Bright Field, providing ongoing support behind the scenes.
