Jeremy is a freelance consultant/coach who linked up with Bright Field Consulting in 2018.
A Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience of business leadership in a variety of service sectors, including accountancy, the law and the National Health Service, Jeremy was Bursar at Oakham School for ten years from 1998 to 2008.
Jeremy’s Story
Drawing on a lifetime of observation and involvement in leadership and team psychology, the secrets of compelling vision-design, the art of leading change and the ingredients of high-performing teams, Jeremy advises, mentors and coaches high-achievers to raise their performance bar and extend their creative potential.
He has a particular interest in debunking the psychological wall between educational and business leaders through generative partnership.
Jeremy has an MA (Oxon) in History, and became an FCA while working for Deloitte in the City. He is also an accredited NLP coach.
